GadgetFan - Steve Jobs, Apple founder and also the person behind the success of the iPhone and the iPad, died in October last year. Jobs died at age 56 after suffering health problems.
After Jobs reportedly died, just one day after his death the City Council in Brazil Jundiai memutusan to make way with the name 'Steve Jobs Street'. This fact is confirmed and reported by MacMagazine blog from Brazil.
Location of the road itself may not be very glamorous, but meaningful. You may not have heard of Jundiai, but the fact mentioned that Jundai is a city in Brazil who first gave the award to Steve Jobs.
Reporting from TheNextWeb, that Jundiai, a small city near São Paulo, is rumored to have become a place for Foxconn factory responsible for manufacturing the iPhone in Brazil. If rumors are to be believed, Taiwan companies are also rumored to be soon started making iPad Jundiai, although the production launch date yet to be confirmed.
