Apple to smartphone manufacturers of the most satisfying customers in the U.S.

GadgetFan - Apple became the most satisfying smartphone manufacturers in AGadgetan customers - the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) or the U.S. Customer Satisfaction Index noted that Apple is the best smartphone manufacturers satisfy their customers.

This year the ACSI measures customer satisfaction of mobile phone and smartphone products deliver the scale of 1-100 ACSI to measure customer satisfaction levels. ACSI include the names of companies like Apple, RIM, HTC and LG for the first time in this survey. Previously existing Samsung, Motorola and Nokia in the previous survey.
