Smartphone was introduced at the CTIA 2012 event in the U.S. a few days ago. 2012 CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) itself is an exhibition event smartphones and mobile technology in the U.S. the second largest, after CES in January.
Unfortunately, this event does not involve big names like Nokia, Samsung, Sony, Motorola and Blackberry. This event involves only second-class manufacturers such as LG, HTC, Kyocera, Huawei, ZTE and one of them is Doro who tried to enter the U.S. market.
Doro PhoneEasy 740 using the Android OS. This smartphone has a simplified user interface for easy use, but the smartphone is still able to access the Internet and are available in the Doro range of applications app store.
This smartphone is relatively thick with a 3.2-inch, and is scheduled for release in the second quarter of 2013 at a price of USD 99.
Available rear camera with 5MP resolution, has a flash and zoom functions on the camera sensor behind it.
The back is also equipped with an emergency call button, which when pressed, will call and SMS five numbers can be programmed.
As a smartphone for people older demographic, Doro choose to maintain a large rubber tactile buttons for easy use of the Doro PhoneEasy 740.
