Iran criticizes Google Maps

GadgetFan - Iran has criticized Google Maps because votes have been negligent in the Gulf include the name in the Iranian territory. Countries, led by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is indeed often drawn criticism from countries in the world would the political policies take. Deputy Minister of culture and Islamic guidance Iran, Bahman Dorri said that "Google has been spreading lies and deception, and its users will lose confidence in the data provided by the company."

Iranian officials also stated that "this is a global effort and the arrogance of Arab allies to remove the name of the Persian Gulf."


 

Google is not alone in the face of criticism of Iran for the mistake in naming the Gulf. In 2010, Iran reminded the airlines that cross the Persian Gulf and the Arabian Gulf called in flight, the airline will no longer be accepted through Iranian airspace.
