GadgetFan - A man named Robert Herskowitz has filed a class action lawsuit to the company Apple. The man claimed that Apple has been doing double billing against him.
This story started when Herskowitz buy songs from the iTunes Store. Herskowitz claimed that he had just as much as one-time purchase songs from the iTunes Store, but the accused Herskowitz Apple has bought twice and sent two bills to the man.
Herskowitz then register his complaint to the national federal office and demanded damages of U.S. $ 5 million in claims for breach of contract, unfair competition and violation of business law. Under the terms of the sale of the iTunes Store, all purchases are made on the iTunes Store no refund. This policy is in accordance with Apple's return policy and provide protection for copyright.
