RIM recently known to do the layoffs of nearly 1/3 of the total number of their employees, amounting to 15.000 employees is approximately 5.000 employees. This time, the BlackBerry does not do the hiring of 5,000 people and only hiring as many as 29 positions, but still only a policy of rim confusing considering they have just release their human resources that may be used for the position.
RIM policy is actually quite reasonable, since before the release of 10 BlackBerry, RIM things you can do besides making a good product is to create a great developer community to strengthen their application. Therefore, the working position is offered only in the sector developer (developer).
RIM looking for about ten evangelism (spreading the good news and community guards) BlackBerry in seven countries, a number of experts in their respective platforms, Web developers, and marketing people. If you listened carefully, then all these positions were part of the RIM-developer relations team.

RIM is going for perfection with BB10. It’s risky, the future will tell if it was a bad move, or if they had lots of balls. I’ll keep my optimism and keep supporting a product which shows quality and features that I appreciate.
