Americans make up employee privacy protection regulations

GadgetFan - Recently the U.S. Senate is preparing a bill that would stop employers or bosses in a company asks for a password Facebook and social networks of employees. Today in America's burgeoning trend of employers or employees the boss asks for a password.

The bill proposed by Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), Chuck Schumer (DN.Y.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), Jeanne Shaheen (DN.H.), and Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) will be provide financial penalties for employers who violate the Act.

Congressman Martin Heinrich said "Employers are demanding Facebook passwords or confidential information of employees on social networking is a terrible violation of privacy and an act that is against the law."

Heinrich also states that "Personal information such as race, religion, age, sexual orientation current and accessed frequently diprofil social network. By having access to such information and the employer can not discriminate against applicants who would otherwise be qualified for a job. "
